Global Settings

../images/global_settings.png
The global settings tab allows you to specify some values that will effect all accounts. These are
  • Proxy scrape / validation settings

  • Mail verification settings

  • Captcha settings

    • Global daily Limits
    • Scraping settings: max scrape results, # scrape threads and scrape pauses
  • blacklists of blogs never to action on

  • Url shortners for use with the token ((bitly-rand)https://rootjazz.com/)

    • Fluctuate repeat every values
  • Account processing limits by account / IP

    • Run Cmds
    • Browser automation to use

Global daily Limits

The global limits will apply to all accounts and limit what the accounts can perform in a 24 hour period. These global limits can be overridden by the dailylimits set for each account on the accounts detail form (double click an account in the accounts list)

.. TEASER_END
NOTE: There are two methods for calculating your Daily Limit usage. By default the program will use the "past 24 hours". So if it is now Monday 15:05 / 3:05pm, all items you have processed since Sunday 15:05 / 3:05pm will be calculated. However, Tumblr limits work from number of item processed since midnight Central time. If you want to use this method for calculating your previously processed items, please check select it on the SETTINGS tab in the Global Limits section

Run Cmds

The Run Cmds function allows you to specify Command Prompt / DOS cmds to run before each action. If you are using a VPN, you can specify here to reset your VPN before each action, thus ensuring a new IP for each action.

Enter your CMDs on separate line. Each line will be run in sequence. If you want to specify a pause to wait after your commands use the pause control.

Bitly details are used if using the Url shortner tokens: ((bitly)https://rootjazz.com/) or ((bitly-rand)https://rootjazz.com/) or

Update Accounts

../images/update_accounts.png

On this tab you can update your accounts main settings:

  • Avatar
  • Header images
  • Username
  • Blog Title
  • Blog Description
  • Theme - specify a folder of themes (either .html / .txt extension)
  • Queue settings
  • Timezone
  • Whether to show your likes / accounts you follow
  • Mark your account as NSFW

Custom Theme JSON

This is an advanced function that allows you to specify the JSON to modify your accounts settings. This function allows you to change absolutely everything you can in the browser for your theme, however it does require you to specify the correct JSON, making an error in your input may have unforeseen issues. Accounts

../images/accounts.png

The accounts tab allows you to view all your accounts and create Verify Login and Verify Profile actions

Verify Login

This action will verify if the action can log in. If the account cannot login, it could be it is banned, the proxy doesn't work, your details are wrong or perhaps you are having network difficults

Verify Profile

This will check if the public profile of your account is viewable. Usually if this check fails your account is banned (or you have given the wrong details)

Override Acc Proxy

Check this box if you want to run the above Verify actions WITHOUT the account proxy, it will use the local proxy instead and can help indicate if the proxy of the account is the reason for failed logins

Create Accounts

../images/create_accounts.png

TumJazz can attempt to create tumblr accounts. The program will use a Chrome browser (or firefox if specified on the Settings tab).

You will need to provide the proxies to use for your signup attempts.

NOTE: Public proxies are not recommended. Tumblr is a very heavy site sending Mbs down the connection which most public proxies just cannot handle. You can try, but expect many failures before any succeed. Even then, the google recaptcha v2 may refuse to work with known public proxies. This is not a fault of the application but of using low quality / slow proxies
