Stop all processing tasks. If processor is running, restart app and make sure processor not running

clear logs:
HELP > LOGS > DELETE

HELP > CHECK NETWORK > x.com TLS / VPN SETTING

Then when that has completed

HELP > CHECK NETWORK > TLS > AUTO >

Once that has completed submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

But I Think the program "should" work now. Please try a single action with a single account. Example: Verifylogin with a single account

Please let me know if this has worked or not, if not, I should be able to give you some instructions to set the configs as required.

Thanks for confirming. It seems that your new install of windows has some issues with TLS security settings and the Chinese VPN setting. Honestly I have no idea why / what exactly is the cause or the system config to avoid this, but at least we (finally) resolved your issue. My apologies for how long it took

After installing the new version, the network settings need to be reset again to work properly

Yes, you will need to perform the

HELP > CHECK NETWORK > TLS > AUTO

No one else, in the last 10+ years has ever needed a function like this. As I said above, I really don't know why you need it on windows 11, so it's a custom function just for you. I don't want to run it automatically for other users, incase it has unintended consequences, so on any new install / machine you use, please run this function

Martin
