honestly , I don't think you will be able to solve captcha with yescaptcha without proxy (even with proxy they fail a lot)
But as to what is happening. Twitter wants you to solve arkose captcha, TD trying to solve it with yescaptcha service

doing it in browser and via the app is different systems, uses different yescaptcha solving systems.
