Hello,
I purchased the license 20 minutes ago, downloaded the 64bit application from the website, on the installer my Windows SmartScreen Defender popped up, but I ran the app anyway.
It was installed, clicked on it - nothing. Ran as administrator - nothing.
Re-installed the app both the 64 bit and the normal one and turned of my antivirus + windows smartscreen defender - still can't open the app.
My license key is unused yet.
I just downloaded the application and it's not responding

install this, then if it fails, send me logs:
Goto the directory:
%appdata%\rootjazz\twitterdub
then zip up the logs folder (right click > send to > zip)
If the file is less than 8mb, email it to me:
Otherwise upload somewhere and send me the link
