How can I set up that I comment to a tweet with image and caption?

Use the media token:

#media:<directory>#
#media:c:\path\to\medias#
Include the token in your reply text and the text + image will be posted

can you explain this please? I just want to comment with bulk accounts using Image.

Set your reply text to me the token above
Do you want to reply with a specific image? A random image from folder?
Do you want to COMMENT / REPLY to the same tweet with multiple accounts (MASS REPLY)
Or do you want to search for many tweets and REPLY to all of them? One account replying per tweet?
