Unfortunately, not any specific details on what it is. Try whitelist the app and dlls and exe in the program files folder for the app with any AV type program you can find, that MAY help.

so it seems tumblr is not allowing the cookie login for some reason and the automated login was failing due to a change.
Next update will NOT cookie login, but will allow the program to handle the login screens
