Question regarding custom search

In the custom search, for the below options, is there a possibility of searching using text for presence in the user profile (bio/username/tweets together) ?

In all is it possible to do a text search in user profiles via custom search, right now i only see options that require user IDs to be provided for the above two options, user tweets and the others.

you want to search for users who may have a specified "text" in either their:

tweets
bio
username


Is that correct? If so, no. It isn't possible. As twitter does not allow this search. The searches that can be performed in their base form must come from twitter. Those results can be fed into other twitter searches / scrapes. Or those results can be filtered (including bio filter) but there has to be something to generate results to apply the filter to.

Twitter does not allow bio search (to the best of my knowledge)
