Creating accounts with assigned proxy. How?

Not sure but how do I create tumblr accounts and assign each creation with it's proxy and export them out to be used with the software?
All I see is just create account with pop server info. But at right side proxy settings of the software I do not know how this works when creating accts.
Could someone guide me?

When you create accounts in the program, if you used a proxy, the proxy is stored to the account created. There is no need to create accounts, export to file then import the file. The process of creating accounts will load all data in the app automatically for you
