Hey there guys,

Just bought this amazing software but unfortunately it stopped working for me 10 minutes in once i logged in and tried followed followers of another artist.

I get this message any time the action tries to process

Real bummer cuz I just bought it and it worked great for just a short amount of time..

I need more details please

How did you create the action / options / settings (screenshots useful)
What filters did you set? Most likely, your set a filter that the results are failing to pass, hence the message "failed filter"
Include logs showing the issue you noticed
Submit full app logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)


and include anything else relevant
