issue my licence

i sent message to suppot on email no respond so far the problem is i was away for while and then i installed the bot and try to add my licence key and my email says wrong reset your key

i tried to reset the licence nothing shows can any one here in staff help me ? am in hurry

Enter your license and all existing licenses are removed, freeing up your license to install on any machines you want


Note, be careful you are pasting the code EXACTLY. Paste it into notepad or any other text editor to ensure you are not including are hidden characters. If you paste the key correctly it works
