Hi,I keep getting Timeout Errors when trying to increase Plays.

Please check your timeout value on the SETTINGS tab. I would recommend setting it to at least 20. The higher the value the longer you will wait for the proxy to timeout.
Public proxies by very definition are slow, prone to failing and die quickly. Because they are free and publicly listed, they are used and abused by every one.
You can increase your success rate, by trying to validate the proxies first, but this may take a while depending on how many proxies you have to validate and your timeout value.
To be honest, I wouldn't worry about the timeouts, and just do a run and ignore them
After a complete run, you can check your logs files HELP > LOGS > VIEW
Here you should see a file
TIMESTAMP_proxysuccess.txt
where TIMESTAMP will be: 20130723 (YEAR MONTH DAY)
All proxies that worked to increase your plays are logged here for the day.
You can import this file to the proxy control as a known working proxy list for that day.
