Change username and avatar as pairs instead of random

Is it possible to specify name + avatar pairs when updating the accounts instead of the usernames and avatars being chosen at random
So account 1 would have name A and avatar A (from the file directory)
Account 2 would have name B and avatar B
and so on
So account 1 would have name A and avatar A (from the file directory)
Account 2 would have name B and avatar B
and so on
