I ONLY CAN GIVE 10 FOLLOWERS TO 1 ACCOUNT in 24 HOURS, WHY??

Is it only me or everyone is encountering same issue???

not aware of this, nor has anyone else mentioned.

Is it uniform across all accounts, all profiles, all IP ranges etc etc

I just ran a batch of 200 followers for someone without any problem.
