Tweeting to the Wrong Account

Hi,

I've been noticing a few of my accounts are tweeting (or retweeting) to the wrong account. The log file referenced is for an Image Post action I just set up for testing. This is typical - notice the account the image is being posted to is different than the account the action was set up for.

Seems that the each account will tweet to the same (wrong) account each time (acct A always post to acct B, acct C always posts to acct D) and so on. Checked the accounts to be sure the IPs, logins, etc. are correct and everything looks fine. For the account in the log provided, this has been going on since roughly Aug. 10th (I just didn't notice as I hadn't logged into that account for months) if that helps.

Can you write me an email, I need to ask some questions regarding the account usernames to fully understand what is going on. Unless you don't mind discussing the accounts / usernames here on the forum
