Accounts list empty after tab switches

Hello,

with TJ 1966 i have the problem sometimes when switching tabs

accounts list not showing up, and all is empty

switching tabs back and forth doesnt bring it either

but sometimes.

restart instance is not an option at moment.

As always, when an issue occurs, you need to submit your logs as close to the issue occuring as possible:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)




Does it always happen? If so, generate issue specific logs:
clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE (or view > delete files)

Then cause the issue without running actions, then submit logs

What is going on in your processor? How many actions? How many threads?

How many accounts should be there
restart instance is not an option at moment.
That is going to be the only thing that "may" work.

When submitting a bug / issue you are having. The following arerequired.

What program and version are you using do check if there is an update:
TJ Updatetesting 1.9.8.5

Please describe your issue:
Before there was only sometimes while using TJ that accounts where missing.
Now i have even after Restart of instance, no accounts showing up, even after tab changes.


Describe what is going wrong:
It should display all my accounts, but it doesnt.

Describe what was expected:
All account should show up in the betterlistview item.

Describe the steps to replicate your issue. A list of instruction steps, include all inputs / options you set (screenshots can be useful here)
Restart isntance, wait. No accounts come up, try switching tabs, back to View accounts. no accounts showing up.

If you are setting any specific options for the action, detail those.

Include the processing logs, that show your issue (processing logs are shown when you double click the action in the processing tab

Did you update before this issue occurred? Or was it just random?

And I assume it happens all the time now, every load?

there was a scrape stats and restart of instance. But no tj update.

i restarted the instance again, and all accs where there again.

logs aren't much help. And seems you have edited or don't save logs out.


Please goto:
Press "windows" (start) button on keyboard and hold it down then press r.

In the run box paste:
%appdata%\rootjazz\tumbling jazz\

In the folder that opens, right click the folder
database

then select SEND TO > COMPRESSED (ZIP)

Then send me the created zip file. Email if the file is less than 8mb, otherwise upload somewhere and email me the link
