getting error message on startup when upgraded to .42 versio

Getting below message after upgrading to v42, cannot get logged in now.

A startup form has not been specified

Exactly the same is happening here, when i try to start soundcloud manager it shows the
splashscreen and then it shuts down.
Tried to re-install latest version 2.042 , have no anti-virus installed and firewall is 24/7 Off. no luck

There appears to be some issues with the latest update. Hopefully you followed the instructions on the testing download page and backed up your database so you can revert back and reinstall the previous version 2.041?

If you can send me error logs, app logs
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

any error messages it will help me locate what is happening
