In future, if get state what site it was for (tumblr) and link to any thread that is relevant. Unless your email is somehow similar to your forum username it is unlikely I will put 2 and 2 together

ok so when I visit your URL, I get redirect to:

I see a link saying review flagged posts, I click it, but there are no posts, as the blog has no posts

so basically this blog is dead? and cannot be used?

next update will detect SAFEMODE if you run a VERIFY PROFILE action and the BANNED column will show "safemode"

The next update will include this feature. I shall let you know when it is ready.

It can be used, but the posts are hidden behind safe mode and you can't see them directly. If you want to visit such blog, you have to confirm, that you want to see sensitive content and even after that you can't see things like Archive of such blog. It is fairly complicated and blogs like that have very limited reach. That's why I thought it is important to see in the UI, which blogs are flagged.
