heya thanks for the update, single video works but when i want to auto split it fails

As always, please submit logs
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
Also describe how you are trying to split.
How long is original video
What is the split value?
A screenshot of the action tab can be helpful to
