I don't remember seeing this in settings before the new update, why was this added?

Am I understanding it correctly that if it's set at 100 - 100 it will pause for 100 seconds before every action? Is it every single action or just once before the process begins?

If I am already pausing for 400-600 seconds for each action this feature will add on an extra 100 seconds every single time?

was added to control pause as before was a default which could be changed
