Hi I am having issues adding my own personal account to the program

I get the same problem another user had please advise

submit your logs and I will take a look

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

I just tested adding a new account and all is working fine, so there has been no Soundcloud update.

Ensure your account details are correct. If using a proxy, ensure that is working
