Unable to open existing instance

Hey. I'm running multiple instances of TJ and for some unknown reason, one of them will not open. The others open as they should. No error messages or anything, it just won't open.

The db is there along with the rest of them. It stopped working one day last week but I haven't had time to look into it til now.

I had a power outage last week and I don't have a ups connected to that desktop PC. Could the power outage have caused one of the db's to become corrupt?

TJ Version: 1.9.1.8

Any suggestions?

please go here

%appdata%\rootjazz

then go to the 'tumbling jazz instancename' folder.
Within, you will see the LOGS folder
right click it
select SEND TO > COMPRESSED FOLDER ( ZIP)

then email me the file if is under 8mb, or if over, upload it somewhere and email me the link

Code: Select all

support[at]rootjazz[dot]com
please include this forum post URL in the email so I know why you are sending me the logs

Regards,
Martin

Did you not get a reply to the email. All emails are answered every day without fail, and 9/10 all issues will receive an update.

Can you email me again, or let me know your email so I can find the email and reply back to the email and here to ensure you get the reply incase our mails are blocked some where along the line

Regards,
Martin
