I wanted to know if using a mobile User Agent on Tumblingjazz or Twitterdub effects functionality?

Yes it might break things, as tumblr may detect it and not sure you the expected webpage and instead shows you a mobile version. The program may not be able to scrape what it needs from the page as the page is not structured as expected
