NEED HELP WITH LICENSE

Hello, I need help, I always use SoundCloudManager normally, I acquired the license a long time ago and I always used it normally with the file saved in my backup, but after updating it in the last days it is giving an error in the license and not I have more data from when I bought even the email used, what should I do now in order to continue using the tool?

Please email support your purchase email and the license can be resent
