This is now working for me. Although the changes I made shouldn't have made a difference from what I can understand and when I analysed the network, the changes didn't take effect.

That said, it wasn't working and now is, so.....


Let me know if it still doesn't work. Probably best to email to get my attention quicker

I am still having the same problem as i sent you in the photo, i have updated to the new verison that you link but im still getting the same issue

i think i have figured it out, for some reason it lets me add the acconts if im using a vpn, so all good fixed now :)

IT could be IP ban.

But clear your logs

HELP > LOGS > VIEW delete all files
attempt to VALIDATE: LOGIN on the account from accounts tab
submit logs
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
