User is Online IS BACK! (well kinda)

Added ability to check if a user has been active in the last X days via the custom filter options.

Can now tell your actions (likes / plays accts / follows / reposts etc) to ignore users if they have not been active on Soundcloud for 3 days, or 30 days, or whatever days
