The image says it all! The account credentials are not correct. Please use exact login details in order to get logged in.

hey, the details are correct, one of my friend tried too and is not working. We can log in to those tumblr manually without any problem.
if i try after 1-2 hours they work. can be some issue from tumblr? when i log manually is requesting captcha

Thank you for the details. It seems your account needs captcha solved while login. In order to solve captcha, you need to buy captcha from 2captcha.com and put the captcha api into Tumjazz settings tab. Therefore if any captcha arrives during login time, it will be solved automatically.
Do you have captcha credits now? if have, please put the API key in to the settings tab.

Or

You can generate cookie manually via browser and save the cookies. Later you don't need to login again.
