[Instadub] stops after only 10 actions no matter what +

let's say i'm following 50 persons +/- 10 / repeat every hour / repeat for 10 hours : so normally every hour it should follow 50 +/- 10 for a total of 10 hour but it always stops after processing only 10 actions !!!!!! WHY ??

Loop items: 10 with: 1 threads
while my max items is 55 !!!
