Watch For Followers Message Unavailable

In the Watch For Followers section, when I click the Select Message button underneath "Send PM to user on New Follow" nothing happens. Also, the "Send PM to user on New Follow" text is very light grey which makes me believe it's not available. Therefore, it seems like I can't create a message to send to new followers?

Also, is there any documentation available on spintax and can it be used for this message?

Let me check on the button, it was disabled when soundcloud killed the old message system and the new system wasn't automated. But thought I renabled everything when added the new system


Spintax is standard, just google for spintax format
