I manually generated the OAuth key and secret with apps.twitter.com (there weren't any after I used the Generate API keys button again).
After adding the OAuth keys to the account in TD and ran an Authorise Account, I still get authorization errors.

I cannot find authorise logs in your logs, but they are huge with 20,000 files.
If the app cannot authenticate you:
Clear existing logs: help > logs > view - delete all in the folder
Clear your processor of other task, or pause them all.
Then attempt an authenticate user action (so the logs will only show information regarding this action)
then submit logs again showing only this issue

Feature request: automatically remove logs older than 8 days
Uploading logs went really fast... I dunno why

As the issue was the API KEYS as created in apps.twitter.com, were not setup correctly.

I don't think I'm using global keys. I sent some screenshots though.
I checked the API keys, they all matched. TD also shows OAuth token and secret, but I don't understand where it gets those. I have to manually create them in apps.twitter.com (for the App <random name>). If I copy them back to TwitterDub, it still won't authorise.
When I ran it once more (Generate API Keys + manually copy-pasting the OAuth keys) and go to twitter to check with TD's info, I notice that the API keys are correctly updated BUT the OAuth keys given are from the previous App's APIs.
Copy pasting the manually re-created Oauth keys from twitter to TD doesn't solve it either.
