accounts not load!!

Hi admin

i have some bulk accounts in my database(ex 3000 accs).
When i open scm bot, accs showing only on view accs option, not available on other places likes mass follow, mass like, mass comment etc!!!
why?

My system is high configuration one.It has 32GB ram, i7 intel processor,SSD drive with many advanced features.
am using windows7 64bit ultimate verison,.Net 4.0

i want load all accs when i open SCM bot.
help me plz

Hi,

Can you check all tabs and see if any of the tabs contain the accounts or if all are empty.

Can you also submit to me your APP LOGS, HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

How many accounts did you have? Just a rough number, 10, 100, 5000 etc

Can you goto folder location
%appdata%\rootjazz\soundcloud manager\database

Then zip up the dbaccount folder and email it to me support[at]rootjazz[dot]com

I want to get this issue fixed ASAP for you, so it may help if we have a skype chat sessions so I can talk to you in real time.

Hi

i sumbited my logs.id= 67022
i have 2800 accs in database.Am having all accs in custom database namely "3".
I can see all accs while navigate to my database folder.

when i open scm bot i can see all accs list on all options, except following options:
send messages/comments
share track to users
share track to groups
search and favorites
mass follow
mass track comments
mass favorites
scrape track recommendations

my main usage are mass actions only.All mass options not load accs list.Daily i feel difficulties.
Kindly do something soon..

Again my apologies this has happened at all, especially at such a bad time for you.

Thanks for your logs, am download now.

I should have this identified and fixed this morning, if you could still get me the accounts folder. Another user has sent it to me, but if I can get multiple folders I can verify the exact reason and confirm your data is also fine before releasing the update

Thanks for confirming.

The problem should never have had occurred in the first place. It was a caching issue and due to having many accounts, the cache was expiring before the full accounts had loaded into all accounts list controls.

Hence why some lists had accounts but most didn't.

I also made some speed improvements, that should make the lists load ALOT quicker if you have 1000s of accounts. It still isn't super fast, but should be better than it was.

There might be ways to make it even faster, but I didn't want to add "improvements" to a bug fix release, incase those "improvements" had issues. So now there is a confirmed working version, I will wait a few days, move this to stable. Then take a look at speed up improvements when working with big lists. Probably early next week.
