Unable to share tracks to users with second account

I get this error when trying to share tracks from a second account to users.

The first account works perfectly fine. Ive tried resetting the internet, changing search terms but only the first account seems to be working.

It seems that I am unable to increase plays on the second account also. I have looked into my second account but cant seem to find any issues and havent received any notifications from SC stating there is an issue with that account.

Please confirm, you are trying to share tracks that belong to this account? And NOT from another account (your main account perhaps)

If you are trying to share the correct track, please submit your app logs for me to investigate HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT >

It seems that I am unable to increase plays on the second account also.
Please explain. You get errors, or stats do not boost?

Just boosted the track listed up from 18 plays to 30+

You logs are huge. Can you perform the following

1) HELP > LOGS > VIEW
2) Delete all files in the folder that opens
3) Reperform the action you are having trouble with (run the action single threaded and only process the single action in the processor)
4) Resubmit your logs (HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT)

It will be quicker and the logs will be more clear for me to diagnose your issue

Admin: Can you remember? I had exactly this issue a while ago too - but only on a certain account (like the guy here) - as sudden as it appeared it disappeared. You checked my logs aswel but you couldn't find something clientside - in the end i was nearly sure it was something on SC-side.

That does ring a bell actually. Hopefully that is the issue here :)
