Hey I know Excel could do big part of this but my seems doesn't work for deleting duplicates

I need some software/ site which perform that:

I have one column with emails, and the second one with emails, too. There are duplicates in both. I need to remove duplicates from both AND THE OPTION to remove duplicates from second column, but leave them in the first one.

Do you know any way to do this, without using excel??

If you have basic programming knowledge it is quite straight forward.

Notepad++ can do the de-duplication with the TEXTFX plugin.

Otherwise, I have no idea.
