proxies are very much you get what you pay for. Pay cheap, get cheap low quality.

Some people say good things about storm proxies, but have never used them myself, nor whether their change IP every request / every 5 minutes / X mins works for XYZ site

Proxy makes you uniqque. If you want your account to be secure and not look spammy then use proxy. Else don;t use and look like spammers.

Shared means shared with other users - so it is not unique. Your goal is to be unique.
Use Good service provider who has good shared proxy or use dedicated proxy / private proxy.
