Action don't start by schedule

I created an action, it worked well, then finished:
The Progress is Completed.
btw, is there an option to upload screenshots on the forum?
Then I switched off my comuter and went to bed. When I turn it on this morning (22.01.2017 but at 10:20 instead 6:01) the action didn't start to execute. Why?Repeat every: 12
Run Next: 22.01.2017 6:01
Scheduled to: 22.01.2017 6:01
