Im thinking of purchasing this software but I want to know if I can scrape and then follow all notes (likes and rebloga) from another user post? How do I do this?

What is the max users i can follow per day?

Also can I schwdule posting let say 1 post with spinned description and random imAge every 5 minutes?

Can I automatically unfollow users that didnt followback me after 7 days?

yes you can, you use the scrape notes function

tell the program to wait 5 minutes after each post
