If this her scenario is correct i have it set to scrape 5000 of an account that has 85 million followers

so are you saying that once you scrape a certain amount on an account it won't scrap anymore ?
so if you've scraped that account before it will will go over the same number but doesn't it account for new followers ? which Taylor Swift gets hundreds of new followers everyday?

no. I am saying that the program maybe the correct call, Instagram did not return the correct / expect results, they sent something else I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY SENT TO YOUR REQUEST, it will be in your logs.

It might say "we think you are a bot, so we are not sending the results", it could say "your request was wrong" I don't know. IT IS IN YOUR LOGS.

There isn't much point in me GUESSING what the issue is, the answer is in your logs. Guessing is a waste of time
