New Version Not Installing/Appearing

Hello,

the newest version of Soundcloud Manager doesn't seem to be installing on my system. I download the link that was emailed to me, but every time I open SC Manager, it prompts me to download and install the newest version, even though I have already installed that.

Any thoughts?

sometimes people see a cached version (old link)

pressing CNTRL+F5 on the page would force a reload
