Yesterday I have send you an email for an issue of the watermarking tool as it is not watermarking any videos there but i didn't get any reply from you yet.


Please let me know how to resolve this issue?

all emails were answered from yesterday.

Maybe your spam filter blocked the mail, sent to junk or outright blocked.

Today i tried to watermark some videos downloaded from xhamster but the watermark tool didn't able to watermark any videos it shows error message I have sent the log files to you I have attached the log id below :

Please check the issue and let me know if i am doing something wrong.

do you have two actions watching the same folder? If so, that won't work.

If not. Do a test

delete / pause all existing actions

setup a new watch folder (to an empty folder)
set your watermark

leave all options as default

drop a single small video (about 1mb is fine) into the watch folder

What happens?

If fails, provide me the video / watermark and logs for testing

I have done exactly according to your suggession but still no output I have sent the log files please have a look. I have tried this same with 3 .flv videos my watermark image is .jpg.

My log id is;

logs_10470_pankajaambedkergmailcom_1.0.5.3_videowatermarker_

I see two watch actions, one to an empty folder - nothing added

and another where you dropped in a file. However this file was not able to be analysed to get the length, so it was ignored

You can specify to ignore videos that fail the duration check when creating the action.

I have done all seting according toyour suggession but again not a single video is been watermarked . I didn't understand what I am doing wrong here before it was working like a charm but now it was not watermarking a single video. Please let me know if anything I am missing here.

Nothing useful in your logs, just that the conversion fails


Please perform the following:

delete existing logs
HELP > LOGS > VIEW
delete all files in the folder that opens


Perform the action:
***
Check the option
HELP > LOG OUTPUT OF CONVERSION

attempt to convert a single video

***

PLEASE NOTE: Do not perform other actions at the same time. Only use one thread. Do not run any actions after this action.


Then submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

and let me know the LOGS ID (just the number part is sufficient)

Sorry for my late reply I was quite busy with my other projects. Today I have performed exactly what you have advised me to do and still there is no success I have tottally uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of the watermark software but still it didn't able to wtaermark any videos I have mentioned below my log id please have a look and let me know what is the issue:

your watermark image is too big it seems


Run a test with a different watermark. Make a text watermark in paint, something 150x75 or something, a blank image is fine.

Use the default settings.
