Unable to follow

I get a failed error message every time that i try to use the follow process:

Check the account on other actions - does it work?
Do a login check - ACCOUNTS TAB > validate: login

Yes i'm using the latest version (1.132). It used to work fine last time i used the software before i update it but hadn't used it for a month or so, so not sure what happened but nothing seems to be working properly now no matter which account or process i choose.
Verify login also shows an error it seems:

can you submit logs again, the error above seems different to the previous, hopefully more information will be present


HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)


I am back home Saturday and will be investigating all backlog of issues, so please bear with me, might take a few days to get on top of everything

This is the cause:

What OS are you on?


According to

It seems to be a bug with windows 8.1, updating Windows update should fix it


Although might be nothing to do with your issue
