Unable to connect to the remote server

Hi

When trying to perform an action i am getting "Unable to connect to the remote server" 9/10 of the times. And some different errors,
Below are what is showing in the log. (I have put *'s to hide info)

And many times, it just fails to log in.

I have tried a number of accounts, and a number of proxies. I checked to see if i could log in manually and I could fine. I am also using private proxies.
I would say out of 50 attempts, it might successfully post 1 image.

you tested locally WITH the proxy?


The program cannot connect through the proxy to the website, is what the log is saying.

Try and increase the proxy timeout on the SETTINGS tab, set it to 60 and see if it improves

yes i have tested locally with the proxy, ive had time out set to 65 time out since i can remember still does the same.

Also scraping stats works 9/10 of times, so it logs in fine there?>

Edit - For some reason the update has fixed this, i do still get the error now and again but its more of a 1/50 chance getting the error.

Having some login problems too. I have 2 accts which run off my main laptop that don't use proxies, 1 is logging in fine the other isn't. I've done a manual login on the acct I'm having problems with and got in fine no problem so it's not a ban issue or anything.

I did the update just this morning before I started having this problem, but it had been about 4 days since I'd been running Tjazz on them last so I'm not sure if the login issue was already existing. As of the last time I used it though it was fine.

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)



Are you using a main account or a secondary account?

Seems to be working for me now martin since the update, no idea why it was doing it!

It's a primary account. Submitted logs, first four numbers are 7520.
