I had that option off before that already, but still tried what you said. Still getting the same error. As soon as I hit start, I get the error in the title of the thread, here is the screenshot:martin@rootjazz wrote:at a guess. Have you checked the AUTO RUN PROCESSOR ON STARTUP option the processing tab?
I think so. One of your actions is failing and stopping the app from loading (it shouldn't, but that is what appears to be happening)
so, try this.
Click the Windows / Start button (or press the Windows key on your keyboard)
In Windows 7 you can type straight into the search box, in XP click run first
Type
%appdata%\rootjazz\tumbling jazz\database\settings
delete the globalprocessing.bin file
and try again to start the app, it should start now with the processing auto run turned off
let me know if that gets you up and running then can try and figure out what the actions were failing
Updates and tried again but got the same exact error... LOG ID: 16772.martin@rootjazz wrote:http://rootjazz.com/tumblingjazz/updatetesting.html
Does that tie with what you see? If you don't run the stats actions the problem doesn't occur? The logs show the issue is definitely one of your stats actions. .
I don't have any stats actions, I haven't used them in a long time even. I've tried deleting everything in processor and starting actions numerous times and still get errors.. If its a stats error then I guess it must be something in the background since its not in the processor and I didn't start it..martin@rootjazz wrote:Is coming from a different place in the stats routine. The code is failing when it needs to access the account for the stats.
If you delete all your stats actions.
Then add a single stats action for a single account, does the issue still occur?
