Please run at test for me.

Restart the app,
Stop / pause all actions
clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE

try a VERIFY LOGIN action with a single action
DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE
Run the action, if the media shows - submit logs HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the numbers are sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
