When it scrapes the stats for an account does it log into the account to do it ?
Only I use rotating 4g proxies - so if I select all the accounts to get stats it basically logs in one after the other in rapid succession - if true then its going to flag the accounts for being on the same IP

yes, the account needs to be logged in to get their stats. Rotating proxies really, the only safe way is one account per action and have the action do what it needs to do at the end of the action to rotate the IP or wait for it to expire.
