At the moment, if you provide a list of 10 communities
post_1 sent to community_1
post_2 sent to community_2
...
post_10 sent to community_10
post_11 sent to community_1
...


But I think you want:
post_1 sent to community_1
post_1 sent to community_2
post_1 sent to community_3
...
post_1 sent to community_10


That isn't supported, you'd need 10 actions, one for each community. I don't even know if twitter will allow you to tweet the exact same to each community.
