429 status error. Slow down, youre doing too much too fast or twitter just doesn't like the IP
Are you on a VPS server? If so, the IP is blacklisted use a proxy. If your home IP. Wait 12 hours and try again

Yes, I'm using a VPS. Which proxy should I use? And which proxy vendor can you recommend?

It's a bit of trial and error, but any high quality proxy should be sufficient
