Cannot authorize accounts

I try to authorize my account and I get an error at first:
Waiting for TLS results file...
Waiting for TLS results file...
Waiting for TLS results file...
Waiting for TLS results file...
Waiting for TLS results file...
And then:
WARNING - timeout waiting for receive file
And
FAILED VERIFY

Could be AV / security software,

or lost TLS connection, try:
Tools > Python > Set process identifier
Then enter a unique id

Now I have this error:

Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Uncheck option to USE EXISTING COOKIES (if option exists)
Check Force
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN

This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs.

If that doesn't resolve your issue, please submit logs:

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

Again, as above, set a new process identifier, each time this happens.

I'm trying to figure out
a) why it happens
b) auto fix it, but for now, you will need to do it manually

You can also try:

TOOLS > PYTHON > HIDE WINDOW (uncheck)

So you can see the TLS browser and see what happens / errors / logs / closes... etc
