Hello!
I am currently facing the following issue, the actions won't start processing at the scheduled time, here's an example. An action is configured to run and be repeated once per hour. If it finishes on 4 PM, it is scheduled and TD says it is supposed to run on 5 PM.
Then 5 PM comes and the actions don't run, I have enough #Threads for the concurrent actions. The actions only run if I manually right-click and select "RUN NOW!" or if I restart TD and then it automatically notices that the timeframe has passed and once TD boots up it starts processing those actions.
I've tested the following TD versions and it occurs on all of them 3.606, 3.605, 3.604.
Here are two screenshots showing what I mean:
https://prnt.sc/HJ-bIvL6frE2
This action was scheduled for 9:20 and it's 14:21 currently and still hasn't been processed.
More screenshots from the action log:

I also uploaded the logs from the last day if that helps troubleshoot the issue: logs_64065
It didn’t happen with the previous version, I am sure it didn’t happen on 3.6.0.1 and I haven’t changed anything on the computer since then, I’ve only updated TD.
Any idea what the problem could be?

Re: Actions not executing on scheduled times
I've got the same problem happening again, last time I solved it by exporting all my accounts, exporting all the actions, and installing them into a clean-new TD Instance.
Any idea how to fix that besides transferring everything again? This time it happened on version 3.6.2.8

Re: Actions not executing on scheduled times
If you increase the threads +1 (to 9) does it work? It so, a thread has been lostMallorcaJohnny wrote: ↑Tue Apr 02, 2024 9:57 pm Hello!

If you increase the threads and it NEVER runs, then the action has been "lost" by the processing queue
I notice you have selected AUTO RUN. If you turn this off and start the processing manually, do you get the same issue?
Did you initially start this action with a right click > RUN NOW?
As the issue, I really don't know. But get back to me with the answers to the above questions and we can try and narrow it down by a process of elimination

Re: Actions not executing on scheduled times
I tried increasing threads +1 and I've got the same results, still not executing. Nothing changed.
If it turn AUTO RUN off and I start them manually, they execute once, and then they are left on "waiting" until I start them manually again.
I migrated to a new instance of TD and the issue is solved again but I have no idea what caused it.

Re: Actions not executing on scheduled times
The action has been lost to the processor then (somehow)MallorcaJohnny wrote: ↑Fri May 03, 2024 4:39 pm I tried increasing threads +1 and I've got the same results, still not executing. Nothing changed.
So auto run offIf it turn AUTO RUN off and I start them manually, they execute once, and then they are left on "waiting" until I start them manually again.
app restarted.
action runs correctly when processor turned on, then when the action is rescheduled it never runs again?
So now everything is working correctly? That's strange. But if it's working now that's good, but let me know if the issue returnsI migrated to a new instance of TD and the issue is solved again but I have no idea what caused it.
