Or it will download on next app start

Ok you can do this manually:

%appdata%\rootjazz\twitterdub\

find the folder "python"
delete it or rename

download:
https://rootjazz.com/twitterdub/python.zip

Unzip the folder to:
%appdata%\rootjazz\twitterdub\

and it should create a folder:
%appdata%\rootjazz\twitterdub\python

Make sure the file:
%appdata%\rootjazz\twitterdub\python\pyver.txt
has the content:
2


Depending on your machine, the extraction could take a while, for me it's a couple of minutes, but I've had it reported it can be 10-15. Depends
