Get request not successful: 403 please help

for some time I have been facing a problem when the accounts do actions such as follow and like. it doesn't happen to all accounts, but to the vast majority I get this error below. I tried to talk to Martin by email, but I think he's busy at the moment, so I thought I'd ask for help here. does anyone else have this problem? can someone at least tell me where it comes from?

Action specific issue
Makes no sense.
Has to be cache issue of some kind I'd gues


Next update will enable me to debug better.
