Email verification even with Auth Token

Hi,

Just wanna ask why I am still being asked for email verification (code sent to email) when importing account even when I have already provided the Auth key.

This is the details of the account sent by the seller (hashed some of the characters)

I have inputted the username: Diana*****
password: ve9R****
email: dian****@hotmail.com
proxy: pr.******.io:7777:customer-admin****:J1NdfG**************

After saving (with validate on save ticked), it's asking to agree on email verification and then asks to input the code sent to email.

For context, these accounts are cracked accounts and I don't have access to email. I thought the Auth token would suffice.

on a suspicious account / low quality account / low quality IP with expired auth token.

Any of those reasons
